A three-title donation arrived at Preserve CD-i's Dutch branch (aka Landcross) sent from the generous gentleman Coen (who spotted the titles on the Redump miss list).
Palm Springs Open has quite a few regional/serial number variants out in the wild - of which the only two undumped serials are 699 013-2 and 699 0132 - that's right, you're not seeing double - the disc label received a printing with and without that extra dash. The serial variant sent from Coen is the version with a dash.

Head Crash is a music + animation music title released as a standalone (I believe), as well as in a Triple Pack with two similar titles..
Beeld van Nederland rounds out the set. It's a VCD (with CD-i logos) documentary of Netherlands during WWII. This one will go directly onto the Preserve CD-i archive.org account as a standalone entry later this month.
